1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Package Heath Bar Toffee Bits
Mix softened cream cheese and all ingredients together, except for toffee bits, stir those in last. Serve with apple slices and enjoy!!!
